COVID PRECAUTIONS

😷 We DO have a plan if we are forced to close our doors for a while at any point in time! 🤗 (Please read below!) We can help prevent this as much as possible with some simple guidelines;
1. We will be using this weekend and the start and end of business days to clean and disinfect. All surfaces, including the kiosk, stereo, and all equipment will be disinfected.
2. For the time being, we will not be using our check in kiosk to avoid less hands touching the same surface areas.
3. Wash your hands at the start and end of classes. Instructors will be helping make sure this happens.
4. Wash all dance apparel and accessories.
5. Do not, under any circumstances, share any food and drink at the studio.
6. We understand common colds, but considering the heightened state of precautions, please do not come to studio exhibiting any symptoms. Stay home.
As hard as it may be, we will now be doing the same as instructors. If we are feeling under the weather, we will not be teaching classes either and will find a substitute or reschedule.
If you have had a recent fever. Please wait longer than 24-48hrs before you make the decision to return.
7. We will be storing away the back training aerial hammock and hand rings until this has passed. All other Aerial equipment will be properly handled, washed, and maintained.
8. All mats, air track, and tumbling equipment will be disinfected, but will also be off limits and stored away until we deem it necessary to use again. All Acro and dance classes that use these will focus on choreography and lesson plans that do not need the mats.
9. If someone appears to be under the weather and shows signs of illness that causes concern for an instructor or another student, they will unfortunately be sent home until they’re better.
10. Please take all trash with you when you leave.
😍 The good news!:
We have a contingency plan! If it comes down to it and we have to cancel future classes , we will be teaching through live video chats! We have a projector at the studio and will set up a new way for all students to learn at home along with their instructors at the studio! If an instructor is able, they can also choose to teach those classes from home. Please stay tuned on this option if we end up needing to use it. It is a last resort but will mean that you will never have to go without classes each week and may have additional instructor time available to you. We hope to do this in a group atmosphere where everyone will be able to see not only the instructor, but each other!
